Emilia is a young actress, who recently graduated from the famous London Drama Centre. Her first wide-screen appearance was in the TV-movie Triassic Attack (2010), and she also debuted in TV in one episode of the Doctors.
Her greatest opportunity came when she was cast in Game of Thrones as the youngest living Targaryen, right after Tamzin Merchant left the same role. I believe we can say that she does her job really well.
Emilia kindly and enthusiastically answered our questions.
Here’s the final cast interview in our Game of Thrones series and it’s with the beautiful Emilia Clarke who plays Daenerys Targaryen in the hit HBO show. In the interview we get to hear about how she got the role, how she felt when she first found out about all the nudity and sex that would take place with her character and how she dealt with that.

She was as charming and cheerful as you can imagine, meeting with us and fielding questions about her work. Topics range from various aspects of her performance, her familiarity with the novels (on the face of it, she’s probably read them more times than I have!), and a whole lot more. Q: What it’s like filming in Dubrovnik?
“It’s absolutely amazing! I can’t believe we could find a place that genuinely come from A Song of Ice and Fire. I love having days off there, too. It was really good.”
